An underground fault has caused an unplanned power outage affecting residents along Bureta Street in Samabula, Sukanaivalu Road, Mead Road in Nabua, Ragg Avenue and the American Embassy area.
The outage is also affecting the area from Tamavua Village towards the Fiji School of Nursing.
Energy Fiji Limited says a team is currently on the ground and are working to locate the fault.
However, EFL has not provided a timeframe for when power will be restored.
