President of the Vodafone Deans Southern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby Association, Rusiate Wadali, says Southern Zone teams are well prepared to take on their Eastern Zone counterparts in this weekend's Under-18 elimination round.
Marist Brothers High School and Ratu Sukuna Memorial School will travel to St Vincent Ground, where they will face Lelean Memorial School and Ratu Kadavulevu School respectively.
Wadali says although the matches will be played in the East, coaches have been urged to step up their preparations to ensure the players are ready.
He says the Southern Zone has the highest number of teams that qualified for the national eliminations and they are ready to take on the challenge.
