Families in Qelewaqa, Labasa, have been without water supply for the past three continuous days.
Resident Sunil Narayan told fijivillage News that while he understands the disruption could be due to the dry weather conditions, three days without water is extreme, especially for working families.
Narayan says water is essential for daily activities, including cooking, washing, and other household tasks.
He says their stored water has also run out, making the situation more difficult.
We have contacted the Water Authority of Fiji for a response.
