MGM senior sprint queens eye Coca-Cola Games gold after 4x100m win
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School stamped their authority on the track today after winning the Senior Girls 4x100 metres final at the Suva Zone One competition, setting their sights firmly on gold at the upcoming Coca-Cola Games.

The victorious team credited their success to faith, family, and strong team unity.

As they thank their families and friends, they also acknowledged the importance of teamwork in their achievement.

They say that without each other and the chemistry they have during their training, they would not be where they are today.

The athletes described their build-up to the zone meet as both rewarding and demanding.

They say the preparation was nice, but challenging as well.

Despite their win, the MGM quartet are not easing up, with ambitions to raise the bar even further.

They say they will work a bit harder in terms of breaking the record.
