Jackson urges Drua to deliver full 80-minute performance away from home

Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Head coach Glen Jackson says the Fijian Drua must deliver a complete 80-minute performance if they are to secure their first win away from home when they face the Brumbies tomorrow in Round 10 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.

Jackson says the team have struggled to close out matches on the road, often putting together strong performances for long periods but failing to maintain consistency for the full duration.

Jackson acknowledged the challenge but says the team is not dwelling on their poor away record.

The coach also addressed concerns around missed opportunities near the try line, where the Drua have at times lost possession after building attacking pressure.

He suggests that some turnovers may have been the result of officiating decisions, but emphasised that the team must focus on improving their execution.

The Fijian Drua will play the Brumbies at 9.35pm tomorrow.

In other matches, the Blues will meet the Highlanders at 7.05 tonight, and Moana Pasifika will meet the NSW Waratahs at 9.35pm, while the Chiefs host the Hurricanes at 7.05pm tomorrow, and Force meet the Crusaders at 11.55pm.
