Labasa soccer fans will be hoping that their key mid-fielder Christopher Wasasala is able to continue his fine form from the national team when Labasa play Rewa in the semi final of the Vodafone Fiji FACT this Saturday.
Wasasala has been in impressive form since his switch from the strikers position to the mid field in a Vodafone Premier League against Rakiraki.
He gave a man of the match performance for Fiji in their 1-0 win over the Solomon Islands in an international friendly match.
Labasa coach Roneel Lal says Wasasala has proven himself to be a good midfielder and he has been performing well.
Lal says they are working hard in training to win against Rewa and qualify for the final.
Labasa will play Rewa at 2pm Saturday in the first semi final while Nadi will play Suva at 4.30pm in the second semi final and you can catch the live commentary of both matches on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
