I think we have got to expect lightning bolts from the Flying Fijians especially in line-breaks, off-loads and how they pick through the breakdown, and we have got to be really alert and alive around our defence in every area.

This was highlighted by Wales assistant coach and defence specialist Mike Forshaw as they look forward to their opening Rugby World Cup clash against the Fiji Water Flying Fijians.

Forshaw says they are expecting that kind of arm-wrestle and are focusing on staying in the game physically and mentally.

He says they are going to take lightning bolts at some point, but it is about really focusing on themselves.

He adds they have got to be physical, take some bruises and hopefully dish them out if they can.

Forshaw says everyone is talking about the Flying Fijians and rightly so because they were mightily impressive.

Wales will take on the Flying Fijians at 7am tomorrow in Bordeaux.

Meanwhile, in the RWC matches that have been played, host France beat the All Blacks 27-13, Italy thrashed Namibia 52-8, Australia beat Georgia 35-15, Ireland demolished Romania 82-8 and England beat Argentina 27-10.
