Former Naitasiri and Fiji Warriors prop Sireli Temo has died in France.

30-year-old Temo was playing for the Tarbes club in the Pro D‑2 competition and had represented Police in the Sukuna Bowl and Naitasiri in the Farebrother Trophy Challenge.

The former Suva Grammar School student was also playing in New Zealand at the Heriot Rugby Club in South Otago before moving to France.

Responding to his sudden death, former Melbourne Storm wing Sisa Waqa posted on his official facebook page that Temo has been facing some problems lately and had shared some of his problems with the former NRL star.

The Fiji Rugby Union is also trying to contact Temo’s club to confirm the cause of his passing.

We will have more in the next hour.
