Fiji Rugby Referees Manager Patrick Gock has cleared the air that the referees time in the HFC Bank Farebrother Challenge between BLK Nadroga and Northland was right.
Northland Rugby officials are claiming that 10 minutes was left to fulltime when the referee ended the match.
Gock says they also have their backup time keeper and his time was the same as the referee’s time.
Meanwhile Northland Rugby says they will be writing a letter to the Fiji Rugby Union to raise this issue.
Northland made a comeback last week to score the last try that closed the gap to seven points.
Nadroga retained the Farebrother Trophy and will face Nadi this Saturday with the time and venue yet to be confirmed.
