Semi Radradra has received exemption to wear a wedding ring during NRL games because he cannot get the ring off his finger.
The Daily Telegraph reports Radradra suffered seven finger dislocations in one game earlier this year, before getting married.
Radradra has now scored nine tries in the last four games wearing the ring he can no longer physically remove, which has been hidden beneath layers of strapping.
Under NRL rules, a referee must order a player to remove any equipment, such as rings, that could pose a risk to rival players.
The Paramatta Eels will play the Cowboys at 9.40 tonight in the semifinal.
Meanwhile, the Broncos have booked a preliminary final against minor premiers Melbourne Storm next Friday after beating the Penrith Panthers 13‑6 last night.
