NSW Blues centre Jarryd Hayne says the State of Origin is the “pinnacle of rugby league” and that playing Origin is the best feeling ever.
Hayne says the allure of donning the sky blue once again was not a factor when he made the call to return to rugby league with the Titans.
While it was not a motivating factor to come back to Australia, the Blues ace says he has also dreamt of performing for the masses and gets the chance once again on Wednesday night.
He says he pictures himself playing in front of thousands of people and he has embraced it and enjoys it.
The first game of the 2017 State of Origin will be played this Wednesday at 10pm at Suncorp Stadium.
