Penrith Panthers skipper Matt Moylan set up two tries in the final three minutes to pull off a miracle comeback over the Canberra Raiders 24‑20 in a heated and entertaining clash at Carrington Park last night.
The Warriors had also seen their final hopes come and go in the blink of an eye after a dominant 34‑12 win over the Titans on Saturday was soured by a leg injury to star five‑eighth Kieran Foran 16 minutes from full‑time at Cbus Super Stadium.
Also a brilliant return from Johnathan Thurston inspired a 32‑6 thrashing of the Parramatta Eels by the North Queensland Cowboys in Darwin.
Today the Tigers will take on the Roosters at 6pm while Bulldogs will take on Dragons at 6pm tomorrow.
