Pep Guardiola wants his Manchester City players to refrain from having sex after midnight.
This is according to Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri.
The 29‑year‑old said their manager imposed the rule and players are not allowed to have sex after midnight even if the team did not have a game the next day.
The coach wants players get a good night's sleep.
According to BBC, Guardiola is also claimed to have said it helped Barcelona forward Lionel Messi avoid muscle injuries.
Manchester City will take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League at 4am this Sunday.
