Ba Football Association says the decision to end head coach Ravinesh Kumar’s contract was related to disciplinary and conduct matters, as well as the standards expected of those representing the Association.

In an official clarification, the Association has acknowledged the questions and discussions following the announcement of the head coach’s departure.

Under Kumar's leadership, Ba won all four major titles this year.

The Association says it understands that supporters want answers and remains committed to responsible leadership, accountability and protecting the integrity of Ba football.

However, it says it must also respect contractual obligations, confidentiality and the rights of everyone involved.

Ba FA says for this reason, it will not discuss individual allegations or confidential employment matters on social media.

It has also urged supporters, players, officials and the wider football community to respect the appropriate processes and refrain from speculation or personal attacks.

The Association says its focus remains on its players, the stability of the team and the future of Ba Football Association.
