If you show up physically with the right mindset, you put yourself in a good position to win.

Those were the words of star Brumbies flyhalf Noah Lolesio as they gear up for a grueling Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific semi final clash against the Chiefs this weekend.

Lolesio says the Blues showed how the Chiefs could be beaten over the weekend, and that is where he and his teammates’ minds are at as a team.

He says they know it's going to be a physical game, so they have to roll up their sleeves.

He adds that they know that their game works, as it is very effective and efficient, so they have to back their systems and game plan.

Lolesio says if everyone does their job to the best of their ability, hopefully, they put themselves in a good position to get a good result.

25-year-old Lolesio will be looking to finish off his tenure in the Brumbies colours on a high note before he heads off to Japan for next season.

He says he is giving everything into this game and this weekend if selected, knowing that it could be his last, and he adds that he won't leave any stone unturned.

Lolesio says the Brumbies have been so good to him every year since he came to Canberra as a 17-year-old.

The Brumbies will take on the Chiefs at 7.05pm Saturday in Hamilton in the second semi final.

In the first semi final, the Crusaders will host the Blues at 7.05pm Friday in Christchurch.
