Fiji born Wallaby centre Samu Kerevi has been ruled out of the Reds’ daunting final‑round mission against the Highlanders tomorrow night.
Kerevi was upbeat about playing the Highlanders in Dunedin tomorrow because he had beaten the ankle strain which sidelined him for the three June Tests.
Unfortunately, a tweaked a pectoral muscle in the gym on Monday has scrapped his comeback and thrown another chance to Campbell Magnay to start at outside centre.
The Reds will take on the Highlanders at 7.35pm tomorrow night.
