History will be created today as the first rugby match that will be played at the revamped Albert Park Pavilion and grounds will be the Escott Shield Final between Army and Raiwaqa White.

103 years ago the first Escott Shield game took place at Albert Park when the Governor at the time Sir Ernest Sweet‑Escott, donated the Escott Shield, with the purpose for competitive club competition in Suva.

DHL Raiwaqa will face Army at 3.30pm today at Albert Park.

Grandstand tickets are $10 while ground tickets are $5. Kids under 12 years will be allowed free.

Meanwhile, in the HFC Bank Farebrother Challenge, Nadroga will host Northland at 2pm today at Prince Charles Park and you can catch the live commentary on Viti FM, 92.2FM.
