The Bulldogs will head into this weekend's elimination final on the back of three straight defeats after they were badly beaten by the South Sydney Rabbitohs 28‑10 on last Friday.
While their ball‑handling improved from what they produced against the Cowboys and Broncos in recent weeks, the Bulldogs still turned the ball over 10 times on Friday night, including a knock‑on from the kick‑off that stalled their momentum.
Friday night's result confirmed the Bulldogs would take on the Panthers in week one of the finals series.
Bulldogs play the Panthers at 6.10pm this Sunday.
Meanwhile the Broncos will meet the Titans at 9.55pm Friday, the Raiders face the Sharks at 7.35pm Saturday while Melbourne Storm will meet the Cowboys at 9.55pm Saturday.
