The ACT Brumbies will be running out tonight in the second 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific semi final clash against the Chiefs with high hopes and full confidence of creating a major upset of the tournament ever since its inception more than 20 years ago which no Australian Super Rugby team has ever achieved and that is to win a playoffs match on New Zealand soils.

The side, packed with a great mixture of experienced and exciting new players will also want to send off a few of their departing players including captain Nic White on a high note.

Coach Stephen Larkham will be hoping he has played his cards right for this crucial match and will also want to have his name written in the books of history as the first Australian coach to guide an Australian team to a playoff victory on the NZ soil.

Fijian Wallabies backrower Rob Valetini has been named to start at number 8 for the Brumbies tonight.

The Brumbies will be hosted by the Chiefs at 7.05pm tonight.

The first 2023 Super Rugby Pacific semi final that happened last night saw defending champions the Crusaders walloping the Blues side 52-15.
