Myles' release from Manly came a day after he was dropped from Queensland's Origin squad, having been a mainstay through 32 matches in their decade of dominance.
Myles will have to wait for his Storm debut after he was ruled out of Saturday's clash against North Queensland at AAMI Park with an elbow injury.
The Storm take on the Cowboys at 7.30pm Saturday while the Rabbitohs take on the Titans at 9.50pm Friday.
