Vodafone Fiji Bati forward Ashton Sims is confident that Jarryd Hayne will hit peak form during the Rugby League World Cup.
Sims says he knows Hayne has had an up and down season but he says if someone saw him train in the last two weeks people would think he is coming off another Dally M season.
Sims says for Hayne to fire, the entire Fiji squad must work together adding Hayne brings a positive influence around the team.
Fiji Bati media manager Petero Civoniceva says having a player like Hayne in the side definitely adds to that potency, but it is all about building those combinations in and around him to help him play his best football.
He adds that from the backline to the forward they have got plenty of strengths.
The Fiji Bati kick off their World Cup campaign at 9.40pm tomorrow against USA.
Meanwhile defending champions Australia will play the first match of the World Cup against England at 9 tonight.
