5 players from Senior and Premier division found positive for using drugs in Courts IDC

A total of five players from the Senior and Premier division soccer teams have been found positive for using drugs at the Courts IDC.

This is after the Fiji Football Association conducted random drug tests after the group matches.

All five players have been suspended for three months along with a $200 fine each while their respective districts have also been fined $200 each.

Meanwhile, the kick-off times for the finals have also been changed.

The senior final which was scheduled to start at 1 pm this Sunday will now start at 2 pm while the Premier final will now kick-off at 4 pm.

Labasa will play Nadi at 4 pm tomorrow in the first semi-final while Ba will face Suva at 6 pm in the second semi-final.
