The Australian cricket team is out of the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy after they lost to England by 40 runs.
Australia, the reigning one‑day world champions, will head home before the knockout stages without a single win, their defeat also sending Bangladesh through.
England are already in the semi‑finals after comfortable wins over Bangladesh and New Zealand, will be the only team in the last four with a 100% record and are looking every inch the pre‑tournament favourites.
Ben Stokes scored a century for England.
Meanwhile, India will take on South Africa at 9.30 tonight.
