Isikeli Rabitu has been called up to the FIJI Water Flying Fijians squad for the Nations Championship, replacing Racing 92 winger Vinaya Habosi, who has been ruled out through injury.
The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua centre will join the national camp ahead of Fiji’s opening match against Wales.
The former Suva Grammar School student, Rabitu, enjoyed an outstanding season with the Drua and will be looking to carry that form into his international duties.
With just 11 days remaining before the tournament begins, Rabitu’s inclusion adds further excitement, creativity, and depth to the Flying Fijians lineup.
Fiji will take on Wales on July 4 in Cardiff, Wales, with kickoff scheduled for 1:10am.
