Vodafone Fijiana XV captain Kolora Lomani says it is an absolute honour to lead the national side, adding that she never imagined she would captain the team during her rugby career.
Lomani made the comments as the Fijiana XV continue preparations for their match against the South African Women's Team this Saturday.
She says it is a privilege to captain the side this week and believes having experienced leaders such as prop Bitila Tawake and lock Alfreda Fisher alongside her is a major boost for the team.
Lomani adds that the Fijiana XV are expecting a physical contest against the Springbok Women this weekend and are working hard to ensure they are ready for the challenge.

The Fijiana team will face the South African team at 2pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
