Judgement next Friday for 3 men over missing drug parcel assault that resulted in Zain Kaiyum's death
Abdul Imran Feroz Mohammed, Israel Daniel Adonai and Jone Mataitoga, who are charged over the assault that resulted in the death of Zain Kaiyum in Nasinu in 2023, will receive their judgement next Friday.

It is alleged that Kaiyum was repeatedly assaulted by the three men over a missing drug parcel.

Suva High Court Judge Justice Pita Bulamainaivalu was expected to deliver the judgement today.

The three men are each charged with one count of manslaughter.

Meanwhile, Daniel O’Brien Lal was earlier sentenced to six years and eight months’ imprisonment in relation to the matter after pleading guilty to manslaughter earlier this year.
