The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will host defending Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific champions, the Hurricanes, in Suva on April 30th, 2027.
The Fijian Drua says Friday night rugby returns to Suva, with the Hurricanes returning to Fijian soil knowing just how tough the Drua are to beat at home, having already tasted defeat twice in Fiji, in Suva in 2023 and Lautoka in 2026.
They say in fact, the Fijian Drua broke the Hurricanes’ unbeaten streak in this season with a 25-20 win and were one of only three teams to beat the Canes all season.

The Drua adds that their return to HFC Bank Stadium will also rekindle memories of the 2024 showdown, which marked a historic moment for the Drua as the club recorded a sell-out crowd.
Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Head Coach Brad Mooar says they will kick off Super Rugby Pacific Round 12 in style, hosting the Hurricanes in front of their passionate and loyal Suva fans.
He says it is a great opportunity for them at home against the defending champions, and one they will be right up for.
The Drua says the match will kick off at 7.35pm, meaning fans working around the capital city can make an evening of it at HFC Bank Stadium, with a whole range of pre-match activations and opportunities to meet players from both teams.
The match will also feature a host of Flying Fijians and All Blacks after the game.
