For 37 years, Communications Fiji Limited radio station, Navtarang has been more than just a radio station for its listeners, becoming a companion and friend through generations of change in music, technology and entertainment.
As Navtarang celebrates its 37th birthday today, Senior Content Director Satya Nand says the station’s journey has included changes in technology, music systems, programmes, personalities and announcing styles.
He says despite these changes, Navtarang has remained focused on meeting the needs of its listeners and has become a station that people regard as their own.
Nand says the station continues to provide music, news and entertainment both on air and online.

Nand also thanked listeners for their continued support and loyalty, saying the station will continue working alongside its audience.
