Managing Director of G.M.R Muhammad & Sons PTE Ltd, Mohammed Farouk is calling on businesses and corporate organisations across Fiji to support the Sai Prema Foundation and its hospital.
Farouk says every contribution, whether big or small, can help save lives.
He says through the GMR Foundation, they are privileged to play a part in supporting the important work carried out by the Sai Prema Foundation.
However, he stresses that the responsibility of supporting such initiatives should not rest on only a few individuals or organisations.
He says businesses have a responsibility that goes beyond running successful operations and should use their resources and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Farouk is encouraging business houses to come forward and contribute to the foundation and hospital, whether through financial assistance or other forms of support.
He says there are few greater investments than investing in the life of a child.
Farouk also expressed his gratitude to the Sai Prema Foundation, the hospital and members of the visiting international medical team for their dedication and commitment to saving lives.
