Defending Under-18 Vodafone Secondary Schools Rugby champions Ratu Kadavulevu School kicked off their Eastern Zone campaign in emphatic fashion, thrashing Sila Central High School 46-3.
The boys from Delana Kaikai have sent an early warning to the rest of the competition as they begin their defence of the prestigious title.
In other Under-18 results, Lelean Memorial School defeated Queen Victoria School 26-10.
Meanwhile, Ratu Kadavulevu School beat Tailevu North College 23-11 in the U17 grade.
In the southern zone competition, Nasinu Secondary School thrashed Church College Fiji 51-3 in the U18 grade.
