The Blues are a champion team, and against teams like that, failing to take your chances can be costly.

This was highlighted by Swire Shipping Drua coach Glen Jackson after their 40-15 defeat to the Blues last night in round seven of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.

Jackson says there were a few key areas the team did not execute well, including a missed opportunity on the left-hand side where they had a chance to score but failed to capitalise.

He described these as game-changing moments.

He added that fatigue began to set in, with some players coming under pressure and spending more time defending.

According to Jackson, it is these small moments that separate champion teams from those still competing.

The Drua will now shift their focus to the Crusaders and will face them at 6.05pm on Friday.

In other matches, the Chiefs will host the Waratahs at 6.05pm on Saturday, and the Reds will meet the Force at 8.35pm.
