McDonald’s Fiji hosts Appreciation Night to recognise supplier contributions
McDonald’s Fiji hosted its Supplier Appreciation Night at My Kai Restaurant in Suva, recognising the vital role local and international suppliers play in maintaining the brand’s quality, freshness, and support for the Fijian economy.

Managing Director Marc McElrath, in a video message, said the night was about celebrating partnership.

He thanked suppliers for their dedication, collaboration, and ongoing support, and acknowledged their integral role in the company’s journey.

Operations Manager Nazlan Jaleel highlighted the success achieved through strong supplier relationships, saying that their suppliers have helped them create the favourite food and drinks enjoyed across all McDonald’s Fiji restaurants.

Jaleel also acknowledged both local and global partners.

He says that while some core products are imported to meet global standards, Fijian suppliers remain essential to daily operations.

Meanwhile, Bagels Fiji was awarded McDonald’s Fiji's ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the event.
