Outsource Fiji has just announced that they will be participating in the upcoming Customer Contact Week (CCW) Australia and New Zealand Winter 2025, taking place from August 13–14 at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.

Representing Fiji's dynamic and evolving outsourcing sector will be Shivika Patel, Manager Corporate Affairs, Pravin Narain, Marketing and Communications Consultant and Grey Mouse Fiji and Australia CEO, Faiyaz Khan.

Customer Contact Week is the premier event for customer experience and contact centre professionals in the region.

They say it brings together industry leaders, disruptors, and decision-makers to explore the latest in digital transformation, AI in CX, talent retention strategies, and customer-centric innovations.

Outsource Fiji says their presence at this event marks another major step in positioning Fiji as a leading, reliable, and culturally aligned outsourcing destination for global clients, particularly in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Outsource Fiji Executive Director, Josefa Wivou, commended the team’s involvement saying they are proud of the delegation representing Fiji at this prestigious event.

He says Shivika and Pravin both bring deep insights and professionalism that reflect the values of their industry.

Wivou says their participation at CCW Australia and New Zealand Winter 2025 is not just a branding opportunity but it’s a strategic move to align Fiji with global outsourcing trends and to connect with partners looking for agility, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.

Manager Corporate Affairs Shivika Patel expressed her excitement ahead of the event highlighting the importance of strengthen regional ties and show casing Fiji’s talent.

Patel says this is a timely opportunity for Fiji to reinforce our place on the regional map as a competitive and resilient outsourcing destination.

She says they are proud to showcase not only the technical capability of their workforce but also their natural strength in empathy and customer service.

Marketing and Communications Consultant Pravin Narain emphasised the importance of values-based marketing which involves about building long-term partnerships rooted in trust, shared growth, and cultural alignment.

Narain says they want attendees to leave with a deeper understanding of what Fiji can offer—not just in costefficiency, but in emotional intelligence, talent scalability, and digital readiness.

Outsource Fiji's participation in CCW comes at a time when the sector is experiencing significant momentum.
