Leadership Fiji celebrates 25 years with renewed partnership and leaders lounge series

Leadership Fiji celebrates 25 years with renewed partnership and leaders lounge series

Leadership Fiji has renewed its partnership with The Greenhouse Studio as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, marking 25 years of leadership development and impact across Fiji.

The Greenhouse Studio, a creative and digital agency based in Suva, has supported Leadership Fiji for several years, including developing its website in 2017 and contributing to its annual reports and other key publications.

Leadership Fiji CEO Sharyne Fong says the renewed partnership reflects the shared values of service, collaboration and community, and highlights how alumni continue to give back.

Several members of The Greenhouse Studio team are alumni of the Leadership Fiji Programme.

Fong says their continued contribution through professional expertise shows how leadership is lived through action.

She adds that Greenhouse Coworking—launched by The Greenhouse Studio team—is also providing the venue for Leadership Fiji’s 25th Anniversary Leaders Lounge series.

The Leaders Lounge will be held every second Tuesday of the month from February to October at Burton Place in Suva.

Fong says the event series is designed to bring leaders together in a space for learning, connection and shared purpose, and invites alumni, partners and supporters to be part of the celebrations.

Greenhouse Studio Co-Lead and Leadership Fiji alumnus Joshua Dean says the partnership reflects a shared mission to build values-driven, community-minded leadership in Fiji.

He says Greenhouse Coworking was created to support people and organisations doing meaningful work, and it is fitting to host Leadership Fiji’s anniversary events in a space built for collaboration.

Leadership Fiji says the continued partnership with The Greenhouse Studio underscores the vital role of alumni and partners in strengthening leadership and institutions across Fiji.
