A person of interest known as King Khan will be produced in the Nadi Magistrates Court today.
The charge relates to unexplained wealth.
Imran Khan is charged with one count of Contravention of Restraining Orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act 1997.
The accused is alleged to have breached a High Court Order by disposing of a vehicle, that was subject of the initial restraining order which included a $400,000 property, cash currently held at a local bank and four vehicles.
Police confirm that the joint police and military raid conducted at four of his properties in Makoi, Valelevu and Davuilevu was in search of one of the four vehicles that had been unaccounted for.
The other vehicles seized as per the High Court Order have been in Police custody, and not removed prior to the raid, as speculated in a social media post.
