Flood Warning downgraded to Flood Alert for all low-lying areas
A Flood Warning has now been downgraded to Flood Alert for all low-lying, flood prone areas adjacent to and downstream of the Nakauvadra River in Rakiraki Town, Naseani at Yaqara River, Nasivi River in Tavua, and Tavua at the Tavua Town Bridge.

A Heavy Rain Alert remains in force for Fiji.

The Nadi Weather Office says water levels are receding in Rakiraki and Tavua.

The Weather Office says a trough of low pressure associated with cloud and rain lies slow moving over Fiji.

They say it is gradually moving southwards and is expected to move through and clear the group later today.
