Surge police and military operations in areas like Nadonumai, Narere, Suva and nearby areas have led to multiple arrests, seizures of alleged illicit substances and money believed to be derived from proceeds of crime.
Police confirm successful raids were conducted in Nadonumai and Narere, while patrols were carried out in the Nabua and nearby areas.
More than $4,000, white substances believed to be methamphetamine, dried leaves believed to be marijuana and several mobile phones, believed to be stolen, have been seized.
Operations also continue in relation to the cultivation and unlawful possession of marijuana with multiple arrests and seizures made in all five divisions.
