Attorney General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says they are constantly trying to re-ignite the economy.

While speaking to Sky News Australia, Sayed-Khaiyum says they are continuing talks with Australia and New Zealand about the Bula Bubble.

Sayed-Khaiyum says the main issue is that if you come to a COVID contained country like Fiji, have a bubble that is developed with very high levels of health measures in place, upon their return an Australian or New Zealand tourist should not have to go into quarantine.

He adds because many people actually would not want to travel to Fiji for one weeks holiday, having only to go into 14 days of quarantine upon their return.

Sayed-Khaiyum says they are saying Fiji is COVID contained, Bula Bubble, go back and you should be safe enough.
