Two youths will appear in the Navua Magistrates Court later today for allegedly defiling a 14-year-old girl.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the alleged incident occurred in a vacant house in Serua.
The investigation continues into the alleged involvement of the third suspect.
Following the investigations, police decided to lay the defilement charge.
People are also reminded that having sex with a minor will result in the charge of defilement even if the minor has given her consent.
The matter was reported on the 17th of this month by a relative of the victim.
