49‑year‑old Ponipate Turagalevu who was the driver that was involved in the fatal accident between Samabula and Nabua last month has pleaded guilty to all his charges.
Turagalevu has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, two counts of dangerous driving occasioning bodily harm, one count of driving without a valid driving license and one count of failing to comply with requirements following an accident.
He has been further remanded in custody and will be sentenced next Friday.
Meanwhile, Epeli Duiabe who died in the accident was laid to rest yesterday while Kitione Tukana was laid to rest last Friday.
