Police Commissioner Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho says the role they play as custodians of law in nation building demands integrity, sacrifice and a united approach.

In his Easter message, Qiliho says when we diligently serve others at our expense, we are serving God.

Qiliho says this is the great story behind Easter.

He adds the wonderful and powerful story of Easter is based on humility, love and service and is a demonstration of sacrifice and integrity in the face of adversities, motivated by a selfless approach for the benefit of others.

Qiliho says as nations throughout the world are emerging out of COVID- 19 pandemic lockdowns, this Easter provides an excellent opportunity for reflection as they re-evaluate the value of our lives as frontline responders.

Qiliho further says they have come out strongly due to the united approach they demonstrated at the height of the pandemic in what can be easily described as one of the darkest moments in our history.
