That was announced by the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama to the civil servants at the Service Excellence Awards last night.
He has said that best practices and standards has and is implemented by the Government.
Also Prime Minister acknowledged the Government of Singapore by saying no country in the Asia Pacific region inspires Fiji more than Singapore.
