Students allegedly forced by teachers to play Charlie Charlie game in Tavua

Police are currently looking into a report where a 38-year-old businesswoman reported on behalf of her daughter that she was forced to play the Charlie Charlie game with another student on Monday.

The incident is alleged to have taken place at a primary school in Tavua.

It is alleged that both students who are in Year 3 were forced by 3 teachers to play the game inside a classroom.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said at this point, a report on what allegedly transpired is being compiled and the matter will be referred to the Minister for Education for necessary action.
