National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) member and Women’s Action for Change executive Peni Moore said people should now stand up to make a difference for the country rather than support racial politics and policies that divide our country.
While speaking in the draft Charter consultation forum in Nausori, Moore said we have been having all these problems because it was not only the military that was behind the 1987 coup but all of us were involved in the previous coups.
She said who will oppose the changes through the draft Charter if it will bring good governance and leadership and eradicate racial politics.
