Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua front rower Loraini Senivutu is making the most of every opportunity to develop her game, and now, as part of the Vodafone Fijiana XVs squad, she’s learning from the best in the sport.

Senivutu has been named to start at loosehead prop for the Fijiana XVs when they take on the USA Women in a one-off test match tomorrow.

The 22-year-old says being part of the national squad has been a valuable learning experience, and she’s grateful for the support from senior players like Bitila Tawake and Vika Matarugu.

When asked about the team’s preparation, Senivutu says it’s been tough, especially with high competition for places in the squad, but it’s pushing everyone to give their best.

The Fijiana XVs will face the USA Women at 6.05am tomorrow at Audi Field in Washington D.C.
