Kelepi Salauca who is charged with one count of escaping from lawful custody has been remanded.
Salauca escaped from the Suva High Court on the 14th of this month.
Magistrate Deepika Prakash has asked Legal Aid to explain to Salauca his charges.
The case will be called for mention on the 28th of this month.
