SODELPA Youth Leader Jope Koroisavou is currently being questioned by Police after walking around with a placard in Suva City.
Police Chief of Intelligence and Investigations ACP Biu Matavou says Koroisavou has been taken in for allegedly breaching public order.
He was taken into custody earlier this afternoon.
SODELPA had earlier said that Koroisavou is holding a lone, silent, peaceful commemoration of the victims of torture in Fiji.
The party said that Koroisavou will hold a placard with the names of people along Victoria Parade starting in front of the TLTB office, and end at the Triangle between FINTEL, Ratu Sukuna Park on Victoria Parade from 1 to 3pm today.
