A 4 year old girl lost her life while 8 others are in critical condition after separate accidents on our roads over the long weekend.
Police Deputy Director Operations SP Erami Raibe said the accidents could have been avoided if drivers would have followed the road rules and would not have been speeding.
Meanwhile, a 33 year old minivan driver is in Police custody and charges are expected to be laid, once police receive the post mortem result of the 4 year old girl which is expected to be conducted this week.
