Recusal application for Dr Sahu Khan case expected to be heard today
An application for the recusal of Independent Legal Services Commissioner, John Connors from hearing disbarred lawyer, Doctor Mohammed Shamsud Dean-Sahu Khan's new charges is expected to be heard today.

The commission has only confirmed to Fijivillage that an application filed by Doctor Sahu Khan's lawyer, Natasha Khan will be heard this afternoon.

It will also be decided today whether the hearing of the 11 new counts will proceed from tomorrow.

Doctor Mohammed Shamsud-Dean Sahu Khan faces another 11 counts of charges before the Commission.

Doctor Sahu Khan personally faces nine counts of professional misconduct, he and his law firm face one count of professional misconduct and one count of unsatisfactory conduct.
