The appointed receivers of Sahu Khan and Sahu Khan Law firm - who are currently winding up operations of the firm after the disbarment of Doctor Samshud Dean Sahu Khan, have now lodged a complaint with Police.
Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum said the receivers are alleging some files and documents that are supposed to be at the law firm, are missing.
Sayed Khaiyum said they have also received a letter from a complainant in Australia following the winding up of the practice of Sahu Khan and Sahu Khan.
He said the letter has been forwarded to the receivers.
Doctor Sahu Khan is currently out of the country.
Fijivillage tried to contact him however his mobile phone remains diverted.
Meanwhile a decision is expected in relation to the winding up of the Sahu Khan and Sahu Khan Law Firm later this week.
The case was called in the Lautoka High court yesterday in regards to the order issued on 1st July for the appointed receivers of law firm which is currently winding up the operations.
The Order was made for the receivers to be given all Trust account files and other documents of law firm Sahu Khan and Sahu Khan.
A decision in relation to the matter is expected on Thursday.
